Originally from Mexico City, Patti has traveled and experienced cultures around the globe. After obtaining a degree in International Business and Management from the London Metropolitan University, Patti created and managed business investment portfolios averaging $30 million. She also acquired, sold, and operated locally and abroad up to $200 million in properties.
Patti has called Malibu home for over 17 years. Her keenly developed business acumen and passion for life made her a natural in real estate, and she quickly found success serving clients in Malibu and beyond. Within her first few years in the business, she was ranked in the top 15 agents in her office and Voted Best Real Estate Agent in Malibu by Malibu Choice Awards for two consecutive years. In 2020, she joined The Mark & Grether Group as an Associate Partner, aligning herself with the culture and work ethic at Malibu’s #1 boutique real estate team with over 1.4 Billion Sold plus 40 years of combined experience.

Patti and her wife, Amber, live in Malibu West with their two sons. When she isn’t working, you can find Patti working out at Malibu Fitness or playing tennis at the Malibu Racquet Club.
